Yin and Yang between Heaven and Earth unite to drip sweet drip. Without any command from the people, it drips evenly over all.

Author note:

This probably refer to the nature where although nothing control it, it is something that heaven and earth yin yang that distribute evenly to everywhere. Perhaps it is like the wind that blows itself, the wave that is form and touch the beach or even like a planet that move according to its own axis without anyone controlling it. While no one control it, yet it is distribute equally everywhere.

Perhaps it is like imagining that the earth itself is a mug and the yin yang energy is the water. The yin yang water which is pour into the mug and will distribute equally , covering all the area as it rise in an equal manner.

Perhaps it is meant that when a government is like a plain and transparent (in a way how a person feel the heaven and earth energy as positive and refreshing) , that the country good things will be distribute evenly to all corner? Unfortunately, government situation is not something I can comprehend at this moment(life will certainly give me such learning lesson when the time for me to learn it had come again) and thus I will leave this subject as here it is.
