Heaven attained the Tao, and become clear. Earth attained the Tao and become tranquil. (FD28082020-5)

Heaven attained the Tao, and become clear. Earth attained the tao, and become tranquil. Spirits attained the Tao, and become divine. Valleys attained the Tao and became full. All things attained the tao, became luxuriant and king and princes attained the Tao and became the heads of all things under heaven. ------------------------------------------- Author note: Perhaps Tao is meant as the natural law of nature, the actual truth which not the one human think of. And when one have tao, one become full and alive. Perhaps it is like the stories in the anime, a barren place which when attain tao become full of living plants. And those who are wise enough to know it is Tao, will embrace it quickly.

Tao Te Ching chapter 1 (FD28082020-8)

The Tao that can be told is not the etrnal Tao. The name that can be named is not the eternal Name. The unnamable is the eternally real. Naming is the origin of all particular things. Free from desire, you realize the mystery. Caught in desier, you see only the manifestations. Yet mystery and manifestations arise from the same source This source is called darkness. Darkness within Darkness. The gateway to all understanding. Written by Stephen Mitchell , published by Harper Perennial.

Dao - 45 (FD28082020-6)

True perfection seems imperfect, yet it is perfectly itself. True fullness seems empty, yet it is fully present. True straightness seems crooked. True wisdom seems foolish. True art seems artless. The master allows things to happen. She shapes events as they come. She steps out of the way and let the Tao speak for itself. Tao Te Ching by Stephen Mitchell. ----------------------------- Author opinion: It means that things that are true doesn't seem like true, things are originally like that doesn't seem to be like that. Maybe thats the reason why a master will allow things to happen as they come , without even interupting it and let the Tao speak for itself.

The highest good is like water (FD28082020-6)

The highest good is like water. Water is apt to benefits all things, and does not compete with them. it dwells in places people disdain. Thus it is closest to the Tao. Wise Men talking series Lao zi Says publish by Zi publications sdn bhd. --------------------------------- Author note: Perhaps the main reason it is said that the highest good is like water is due to water benefit all sentient beings whether they are plants, animals , humans or rocks. And water had the nature which benefits everyone and compete with none. It stays at places where people disdain and therefore consider to be closest to tao. funnily, where healthy water are, that place are likely to be a flourishing places with plants and living being.

Tao Te Ching chapter 2 (FD28082020-7)

When people see things as beautiful, other things become ugly. When people see some things as good, other things become bad. Being and non-being create each other. Difficult and easy support each other. Long and short define each other. High and low depend on each other. Before and after follow each other. THerefore the Master acts without doing anytihng and teaches without saying anything. Things arise and she lets them come; things dissapear and she lets them go. She has but doesn't possess. acts but doesn't expect. When her work is done, she forgets it. That is why it lasts forever. Written by Stephen Mitchell; published by Harper Perennial
