He who only relies on his own eyes cannot see clearly mean that what one person sees is not necessary clear. He who consider himself always right cannot tell right from wrong is due to the reason that he thinks he always right and ego step in. When a person comes with ego, he will start to misjudge and thus unable to tell right from wrong. He who boasts himself will be given no credit as we all love humility. He who consider himself superior is not qualified for leadership are people who will think he is better than anyone else , full of arrogance and pride. And thus we do not like to follow such people.
