From my own understanding is that when one know the law of eternal ,one can embrace all, when one can embrace all ,one can be impartial . And a person who can be impartial, the person will know how to govern a country. When know how to govern a country, one can accord with nature. nature and tao are one. when one is being accord with tao, one will free from danger throughout life.
